The collection contains:
- original projects of costumes and props
- construction and scenographic documentation
- design projects of figures and scenography for animations
The collection includes works of outstanding Polish set and costume designers, including set designs by Roman Mann and Anatol Radziwinowicz and costume designs by Lech Zahorski, Magdalena Tesławska and Jerzy Szeski – frequently combined with material samples and handwritten comments from tailors and costume designers. The biggest part of the collection constitutes of the works of Zenon Wasilewski, a pioneer of film animation in Poland, with scenography and doll figures’ drafts, including those to unaccomplished films and other artworks, satirical drawings for instance.
